The venue
Mas de Peyre
Gard, near Nîmes
Located on the outskirts of Nîmes, the Mas de Peyre is an 18th-century estate surrounded by nature, nestled between open fields and tree-lined gardens.
Its atmosphere, which is both authentic and warm, makes it a particularly ideal venue for weddings where couples are looking to create something sincere, without any fuss, but with a real sense of occasion.
My approach
My job isn’t to stage a day.
It involves revealing the essence of the moment. What truly makes it up: the connections, the silences, the gestures, the breaths. Every wedding has its own rhythm. My role is to sense it… and then capture it on film.
It felt as though we were reliving the day… but with even greater depth.
