Filming a wedding in Montpellier
If you're looking for a very special atmosphere for your wedding, Montpellier is the place to be.
There's bright, vivid light and long evenings, not to mention open spaces ranging from scrubland to charming estates and the seaside. These elements can add a lot to a film, provided you know how to work with them.
Over the years, I’ve learned to work with the light, choose the right moments and anticipate what will happen, rather than just letting events unfold. I’ve also learned to adapt to conditions such as wind and wide-open spaces without letting them take over your day. Thanks to this experience, I can guide you in a very natural way at just the right moment without forcing anything.
Sometimes, all it takes is a slight adjustment or shift in timing, or paying attention to a small detail, to make everything flow more smoothly.
My in-depth knowledge of the local area and the regional teams also facilitates communication and on-site coordination.

Yes, I usually work in Montpellier and, more broadly, in the Occitanie region.
Over the years, whilst photographing weddings, I’ve had the chance to explore and film at various venues across the region, which now enables me to understand them better and anticipate certain situations.
I also know a number of local suppliers, which makes communication easier and helps ensure that everything runs more smoothly on the day.
I’ll be there from the start of the preparations right through to the start of the dance.
I then naturally fall into the rhythm of the day, without any particular constraints, keeping a low profile and staying alert to what is going on.
The idea is to let you live each moment to the full, whilst capturing what matters, without ever intruding.
I usually work alone, which enables me to take a consistent and unobtrusive approach throughout the day.
Depending on the wedding and your requirements, it is possible to arrange for a second photographer to capture certain moments from a different angle and broaden the range of perspectives, while maintaining the same high standards in the final images.
I work seamlessly with the photographer you have chosen, adopting a flexible and respectful approach, so that everyone can go about their day freely without ever disrupting the flow of events.
